3/7/98  Freezer Coffee Cake  Read below for ingredients.  Mix in Mixer:
 1/2 cup shortening (butter or crisco)
 1 cup sugar
Add:
 2 eggs
 1 teaspoon soda
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 pinch of salt
 2 cups flour
 1 cup sour cream
 1 teaspoon baking powder
Fold in:
 2 cups raw apples or rhubarb
Divide dough in 2 - 8x8 floured pans
Put this topping on before you freeze it:
 2 tablespoons butter
 1/2 cup nuts
 3/4 cup brown sugar
 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Put in pans - add topping, cover with foil and freeze.
Remove from freezer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.  Sister Eve  
